Minimum stay is 4 days. Please call us for special circumstances if you would like an exception to our minimum night stay policy. We are flexible to fill gaps in our calendar, etc.

Reservation Deposit: 25% of total with reservation acceptance. Credit card payment can be made by telephone call to our home: 814-337-2509 anytime; Patti's office: 800-270-8878 (toll free in USA and Canada; 9am-4pm EST Mon-Fri); or via secure fax: 814-336-5225.

Balance of Payment: Full remainder charged 90 days prior to arrival, or 180 days for stays including any of the nights from Dec 23-Jan 1.

Reservation Changes: Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance (i.e., you are within 90 days of your stay, or 180 days for the period including any of the nights from Dec 23-Jan 1), then your entire payment is similarly non-refundable if we can not rent the unused days. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Cancellation: If you cancel more than 90 days prior to arrival, or more than 180 days prior to arrival for stays including any of the nights from Dec 23-Jan 1, deposit is refunded less $200 non-refundable administrative fee. If you cancel 90 days or less prior to your arrival (or less than 180 days before a stay that includes any nights from Dec 23 to Jan 1) - any refund is contingent on re-rental of property, less $200 non-refundable administrative fee.

Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events. Travel insurance can be purchased online at http://insuremytrip.com.

Damage Deposit: You will need to provide a credit card (not a debit card) and sign a damage waiver at check-in giving us authority to charge your credit card for damage, removed items, long distance phone calls, etc. You will be notified by email if such action is necessary. Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. You agree to pay us for all damages, no limit.

Liability: We do not assume any liability for injury or loss of personal belongings.

Check-In Time (PST) 4 p.m. Check-Out Time (PST) 10 a.m. Delayed Arrivals - If you will arrive at night after the front desk closes, PLEASE NOTIFY Shirley Hills (concierge) IN ADVANCE, or as soon as you know your flight or arrival is otherwise delayed, by calling at 604-932-9893. We have a private lock box near the entrance to Woodrun Lodge, and can provide a code so you can obtain your keys. We are not responsible for arrival delays. If you arrive after the reserved date or leave early, no refunds will be given.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 8 people for Woodrun 410 and 510 and 6 people for Woodrun 516.

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be over 25 years of age, unless a family with children.
Housekeeping: includes cleaning on arrival; cleaning after departure; complimentary midstay clean provided upon request if staying 10 days or more. Additional cleanings may be scheduled by contacting Patti Storey or Shirley Hills at the guest's request and expense.

Eviction: Two complaints will result in eviction by security service, and no refund will be issued. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace overnight, or excess occupants.
